During our stay, we loved that beautiful Central Park was only about a 5-minute drive away, and the staff were truly caring and more than helpful throughout our visit, making our family gathering feel so much more comfortable.

Recommend for a city break

Clean room, comfortable bed, I particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the great selection of breakfast items.

Staff seemed confused about service dog policies.

The hotel has a great pool area that was all mine for a bit, which was awesome. Room was spacious with a microwave, fridge, and comfy sofa. The hot breakfast included fresh coffee and pastries. Location is super, close to restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

great location but minor issues

The location was ideal for exploring local attractions. I really appreciated the comfort of the King Studio with Spa Bath.

One of the hot tub jets was not functioning properly.

We loved the spacious layout of our room, which was perfect for our large family. The pool was a hit with the kids, providing a great place to unwind after a day of exploring Midland.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available to keep them entertained during our stay.

The pool area impressed me with its cleanliness and the absence of crowds, allowing for a peaceful dip. Breakfast options featured hot items like scrambled eggs and sausage, along with a decent selection of cold cereals.

Unfortunately, I encountered a persistent issue with the air conditioning in my room. It took a while to cool down and, on top of that, I felt somewhat uncomfortable with the staff's occasional over-attentiveness to my family's activities, making it seem like we were under constant watch.

I had a quick trip and the hotel was surprisingly modern. The breakfast spread had fresh fruit that really hit the spot. The pool and hot tub were nice spots to unwind, just what I needed after a long day. One little thing was the workout room could use a few more machines, but overall it was great! 🌟

Just a solid selection for taking strolls in Midland with real value for money. The lobby looked great, creating a nice first impression. Make sure to check the air conditioning in your room before settling in.

i had a wonderful stay at springhill suites. the hotel feels newer and is just a short drive to downtown and dow gardens. i really enjoyed the pool area, especially since i had it all to myself for a bit. breakfast was great, with clean tables and hot food available.

The location was excellent, just a short drive from downtown and nearby attractions. The hot tub provided a nice respite, although one jet was malfunctioning. However, there were several staff members smoking outside, causing an unpleasant smell inside the building. Additionally, the pool area was chaotic, with kids throwing balls and splashing, which detracted from the relaxing experience we sought.
